Such a peaceful place to visit! We loved everything about the home. We especially liked the fenced in back yard for our pup. Beautiful home, excellent host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very nice and communicative host. The cabin is beautiful! He stocked everything you can think of - extra linens, plenty of silverware, dishes etc, first aid kits, soap, shampoo, conditioner... I can't think of it all! This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at! He even went out of his way to send extra details about the area, the cabin, and instructions on how to get in. Just a lovely place and outstanding host.

That was a great house. The fenced in yard was awsome. Tim was extremely helpful and told us the history of the house and the little touches were awsome. We will definatly book from him again.

What a great place! Perfect for our needs, plenty of room, clean, short distance to everything! We needed a place with few to no steps and walker friendly and this was perfection! Our host also provided a shower chair, so thoughtful! As we entered the front door we were greeted with a personal welcome note, so thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfectly clean and well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There’s not a thing that wasn’t thought of to make this place a more comfortable and pleasant stay. The coffee, drinks, and snacks were a kind touch. I was pleased to even find stain remover in the laundry space. We appreciate your hospitality on our trip to pigeon forge

Truly enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to things we wanted to do. The house was fully stocked. The owners were thoughtful in all of their accommodations. The kids enjoyed walking down to the creek and playing in the large yard. We will definitely rebook and recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area.

My family and I loved staying here. It was so "homey." And, the perfect size for the 4 of us (Parents and 2 kids). If we go back to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge again, we'll definitely check to see if this place is available!

My family loved staying at the thirsty bear lair. The place was clean, quiet, had the best decor, smelled great (I always worry about places that smell like smoke or intense fragrance and this place just smelled clean!) It had everything we needed. The owners even put up multiple birthday signs and left some treats for us and our pup ☺️ They were incredibly responsive and even let us check in 2 hours early! Thank you so much for a great stay!

This place was great and we would stay here again if we came back to the area. It was obvious that the host took care to make his guests feel welcome and at home. Everything was clean and there were little extras all over. We weren't disappointed with anything at the house. It had a lot of room to relax in and the neighborhood was nice and quiet - a welcome change to the madness of downtown Gatlinburg. We had no trouble with anything not working or being how you would want it in your own home. We gladly give this place as many stars as possible. Stay here if you can!
