Tim was an amazing host. He had the house perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. Was prime location as you are a 10 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We had the power go out due to storms and Tim was very helpful with sending us updates from the power company. Power came back that night and he verified everything was working perfectly. The house was so cozy. We loved the Coke theme. Overall Tim’s place is a perfect place for you and your family, especially if you had dogs!!

Great Cabin, Loved the two bathrooms and fenced in yard for the dogs. Made vacation easier. The driveway was tricky especially for our van rubbing our bumpers. Very relaxing...........Great commutation with owners....

We had a great time at the Thirsty Bear Den. We travelled with a child and pets and it was conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which made for easy breaks in the middle of the day for a recharge and relaxation. The space was thoughtfully decorated and very neat to check out. We felt right at home and would recommend to anyone else visiting Gatlinburg!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were very comfortable and felt at home. Having a cute fenced in yard for our dogs was what made me choose this spot, but I was so pleased with everything else. It had so many thoughtful touches in it! I truly think they have thought of everything you may need while staying there! The location is away from the hustle of Gatlinburg which is something we were okay with when we chose it. You do need to drive in order to do anything while staying there. As long as you are okay with that, this is a perfect little home for a getaway. We would stay again. Thank you for having us!

Tim and Michelle were very responsive to all the questions we had and provided all the information that we need. The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in. There were enough supplies provided for even a large party including all the cooking condiments, bathroom supplies, and snacks. They were very consideration and set up a happy birthday flag for us since one of us had a birthday. What’s more, we left some jewelry there and they mailed them back to us the same day. This is my best experience with Airbnb so far.

Tim is a great host, and the location is serene yet close to downtown Gatlinburg. We lived in Tim's place for a month and had a great time. The wood-burning fireplace was terrific for cold nights. We had a fire almost every night! It was wonderful to find a private fenced-in yard in the area. We were a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and the Sugarlands visitor center, one of the Park's entrances. We took several hikes during the month. Tim's place is a great central location for all the area has to offer. We highly recommend it. Tim is a very responsive host and gets back to you within an hour. If we needed anything, he was quick to respond and help us! We will definitely stay here, or at one of his other properties next time we are in the area! Thanks again!

You felt welcomed as soon as you walked in. Warm and cozy atmosphere created making you feel right at home. The water, cokes and moon pies was a nice jester on his part. Everything was clean and straightened making you feel like you are walking into your home. Tim was very responsive to anything we needed. He even checked on us to see if we were good to go. Clear instructions on his expectations. I highly recommend staying here for nice cozy, warm getaway. Thank you Tim!!
